Why did CPS leave the courthouse to go to each child's school to remove them? More often than not, the Affidavit makes a character assasination, followed with "do not know."
We have remained relatively quiet over the last six years of abuse, perpetrated by CPS and the actors around this family. SIX years without CPS creating chaos. Judge Montemayor ordered Avila and Gomez from intruding into the family therapy sessions, in the children's home.
All FIVE children have been denied a free appropriate public education since entering Texas in August of 2004. Thirty-five days later, Bexar County, San Antonio took all five children into state foster care.
Identified as Children with Special Needs, as young as two years old in the Northern State known for Lead Poisoning.
Two children have reported rape in foster care. The outcries have been ignored and deemed "consensual" because they are in state protective care?!
This mother and "step" dad have remained active as allowed by CPS. CPS has denied visitation and knowledge to parents of child's location for over four months while an adoption was planned. Parents were allowed to "try him out."

I was raped in foster care by two of my foster brothers for years since 9yrs old, when i got my paperwork this year at 45, i now know why they did not remove the other foster kids, (9), icluding my birth brother, because everyone lied and said i was "sexually experimenting"...even if a 9 year old was "experimenting"..would this not be cause for alarm by a social worker or therapist??no one believed me and thought i should be happy i had a home for us two..i just finished my book: surviving foster care & making it work for you" I will help others NOT be victums anymore!! TC

ReplyDeleteYou are an incredible person to help other children who are not believed and are told they are liars while in foster care.
The same child, removed from his home by CPS as an alleged victim, is now deemed a liar in CPS "care."
Feel free to post a link here or let us know how to help you get the message out to children who are struggling with the after-shocks of Foster Care Hell.
My primary message to children in foster care, as an Overcomer, "We do not have to allow the present to dictate our future; Dream Big Dreams."
Children under the age of 17, cannot have consensual sex per the Texas Family Law Code.
As soon as I locate the code again, I will share.
