Identified as Children with Special Needs, as young as two years old in the Northern State known for Lead Poisoning.
Two children have reported rape in foster care. The outcries have been ignored and deemed "consensual" because they are in state protective care?!
This mother and "step" dad have remained active as allowed by CPS. CPS has denied visitation and knowledge to parents of child's location for over four months while an adoption was planned. Parents were allowed to "try him out."
