Death Row Inmates have more rights than children in foster care!

  1. Since 2007, the Borchert Boys have begged H4K to disclose a video. Hoping CPS would take right action on behalf of the three boys, we waited. This is one of three remaining brothers and as time allows we will complete the next two chapters.

Three years is too long for children to wait to speak to their siblings and mom. Mom has the legal right to see and speak to her children.

The Borchert Boys have a legal right to communicate with their siblings and mother.

No one has heard from Christopher since May 2009. Mom spoke to Dilon for one minute, 30 seconds on his birthday. No apparent action has been taken to assist the boys to communicate with one another, in Violation of the Texas Administrative Code, TITLE 40, PART 19, CHAPTER 748, SUBCHAPTER H - CHILD RIGHTS

RULE §748.1109 What right does a child have regarding contact with siblings?

If he appears "robotic" this is because he is trying to speak over the noisy background of kids playing and adults talking.

He is trying to tell us that his attorney, Elana Pearsall, was not truthful when she testified that Chris told her he was afraid to go home and was afraid of his brothers and sister.

Christopher said, "I did not talk to Pearsall and she lied."

Send the Borchert Boys home before they are grown men!
