Who has the most magnificent penis?

Which is worse:

1. A ten year-old child is alleged to have shown his magnificent penis to a female child.

or

2. A 62 year old, former police officer, and instructor in criminal justice, cons a 17 year-old student to come to class during the holidays, puts his hands all over her body, tells her what he wants to do, sends repeated and inappropriate text messages, and posts on her myspace.

San Antonio charged the Ten Year Old child with felony sexual touching of a child under age 17. Does this make sense when both children are under age 10? He was locked into Juvie Detention for over nine months (children do not get time served) and has been placed in a facility for sexual offenders!!

New Braunfels charged the 62 year old, former police officer, with a Class C Misdemeanor!!

New Braunfels, Texas Teacher charged with Class C Misdemeanor for Sexual Assault of Student

Affidavit: N.B. teacher's advances were sexual

"[..]Police took photos of the text messages and MySpace message after the girl reported it.

The officer who did the initial investigation labeled it an improper relationship between educator-student, a second-degree felony. But the detective who obtained the warrant wrote that the facts did not satisfy the elements of that charge and filed the misdemeanor assault charge.

Trollinger was a peace officer before becoming a teacher. He left the Comal County Sheriff's Department in 1992 with the rank of lieutenant, a department spokesman said. [..]

On Monday, students were sent home with letters from the principal to their parents, notifying them that a teacher had been charged with assault by contact, a Class C misdemeanor, in an incident involving a student."

Would someone please explain how a 13 year old child, who is in state foster care is charged with a Class C Misdemeanor for cursing at another student.

Does this equate with a 62 year old teacher (who knows better) of criminal justice makes sexual advances toward a student in repeated text messages, inappropriate messages on the teen's myspace, and inappropriate sexual advances on school property, during the holidays?

When a 10 year old male showed his magnificent penis to another child, who asked to see it, he was charged with First Degree Felony sexual assault of a child under age 17; he was TEN years old! This same child has major disabilities, rooted in lead poisoning from 18 months of age, and he was railroaded into signing a plea agreement in Judge Laura Parker's court. The child cannot read nor does he understand what the plea was about but Attorney Ramond Deleon had already tried and convicted his young client.

Afterward the child was crying, "I thought those papers meant I could go home." After spending over nine months in San Antonio Juvenile Detention, this child was ready to sign about anything.

This is a disgrace!!

  1. The child isn't even of legal age to sign papers! This is horrible, the people who did this to this child are monsters and should be prosecuted for child abuse of the worst kind.

As for the pedophile, they just freed with a misdemeanor charge...I bet he does it again, and it is probably not the first time he has done this. Who knows what he was doing in his capacity as a police officer?

  2. A child may not sign a contract, UNLESS they are charged with a crime. His mother was not allowed to speak with or advise her child. Ramone DeLeon would not inform the child's mother of any plans.

This little guy is mentally challenged, cannot read, and could not comprehend what was read to him, if anything, and he did not know what he signed. Attorney Ramone DeLeon took care of one little boy who may never recover!~

At times I wonder if we are not ensuring jobs for future correctional officers. Children in state foster care who step out of line, are doomed!

This special population of children need to be given a break! After being ripped from their homes, we cannot expect them to be on their best behavior; would you be?

The workers are not going to advocate for the foster child.

Over the past ten+ years, we have watched as far too many small foster children have become delinquents due to the lack of care or concern by those who are paid to represent the child's best interest.

We worked to get this child a new attorney and Judge Parker appointed a new attorney, Ramone DeLeon. This attorney picked up where the other attorney left off, and continued to prosecute his own client.

We contacted Advocacy Inc., because this child is a child with a disability, or two...

We contacted the Texas Juvenile Justice hotline, and spoke with various individuals, but no one cared.

He is just a little boy!

  3. There are many involved in this case who do not know that a woman who was supposed to be supervising the children made the allegation against this child. She admits to being asleep and waking up after this boy left, she says her daughter said he showed his penis to the daughter.

No one asked if the daughter asked him to show her.. anyone remember "show me your's and I will show you mine?"

HE WAS BARELY TEN YEARS OLD and the state waited TWO years to charge him! The mother who made this Affidavit is a meth head; not in recovery.

Her son said his mom makes claims like this to get attention.
Her daughter said this never happened.

Did Ramone DeLeon challenge anything in court? NO.

Did he bother to investigate outside the probation officer and CPS nonsense? NO

Recently, the child's attorney in the CPS case has determined the child is not rehabilitative.
Can you imagine being a child and having your own attorney, Elana Pearsol, not present your wishes, not stand for you in court, but instead, wants to keep them in foster care because now that foster care has screwed them up so royally, Ms. Pearsol thinks we should throw these children away.

WHY is this woman representing children?
    Why is she representing anyone?

C'mon Judge Montemayor! Stop this insanity!~

BTW: Each time the state recommends a therapist and the therapist is not in agreement with CPS in San Antonio, CPS gets angry and even tries to get "even" with the therapist.

One therapist moved to a different city after dealing with this agency for over two years, on this case. His "mistake?" Not agreeing with CPS.

I'm quite certain the CPS will do all within the agencies' power to end the therapist's involvement, active in this case for over a year.

She is smart, a college professor, a Masters' Degree, and a licensed to work with sexual offenders.

BuT!~ These low bottom dwellers know more than the one person, licensed therapist, who has consistently been in the home over the past year+.

Montemayor has the power to stop this!

I like Montemayor; but it is time to grow a new spine!~ For the children's sake!~

Had this case presented since the August ruling in Gates v. Texas, the worker would have been hard pressed to find reasonable cause to believe a child was in imminent danger of harm.

The children were taken from their school.
Now that two have failed a year in school, and the other came as close as possible to failing (previously an A-B student), when is someone going to speak for these children?

We have foster children who do not obtain an education~!

No parent could get away with not allowing the child to complete school; do the crazies ever go away?

At times, it seems a power we are unaware of is working behind the scenes to ensure the Pipeline to Juvenile Justice remains full of foster children, later ensuring jobs for correctional officers.

  4. The time has come to take on the agency for the wrongful, spiteful, erronerous removal of children who are not in imminent danger, where exigent circumstances do not exist.

Imminent Danger does not stem from an event that occurred over a month in the past!

We may have to send these DA's to school so they can learn the definitions!
